At Smol, we want you to feel confident trying our GLP-1 Daily Support supplement. That's why every first order comes with a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial.
60-Day Risk-Free Trial (First Orders Only)
If you're not satisfied with your first order of Smol for any reason, you have 60 days from your delivery date to request a full refund.
How it works:
- Contact us at hello@smolnutrition.store within 60 days of the delivery date on your first order.
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and the address to send your product back to.
- Return the product — even if opened or partially used — to the address we provide.
- Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
The 60-Day Risk-Free Trial applies to your first order only. It does not require you to have tried the full bottle before requesting a refund, and it does not require the product to be unopened.
What this guarantee covers: your satisfaction with the product experience. It is not a guarantee of any specific health outcome, and results can vary from person to person. Smol is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please see our full disclaimers in our Terms of Service.
Subscription Renewals (Autoship Orders)
Smol subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you selected at checkout. The 60-Day Risk-Free Trial applies only to your first order.
Once your subscription has renewed, that renewal order is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund or return, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment (see below).
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund on an order that has already shipped. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please cancel or pause your subscription at least 7 business days before your next scheduled ship date. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Regardless of the above, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you — this applies to both first orders and subscription renewals.
- Contact us at hello@smolnutrition.store within 60 of delivery.
- Please include your order number and a photo of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect item) if possible — this helps us resolve it faster.
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
How to Start a Return or Refund Request
- Email hello@smolnutrition.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll respond within 3 business days with next steps and, if applicable, a return authorization and return address.
- Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please do not send returns to the address on your package without first contacting us — items sent without a return authorization may be delayed or unable to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items included with an order
- Subscription renewal orders (except damaged/defective/incorrect, as noted above)
