We know you're excited to get started — here's everything you need to know about how and when your Smol order will arrive.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we are unable to ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international addresses.
We ship to residential and commercial addresses, and to P.O. boxes for orders shipped via USPS.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required, for both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During periods of high order volume (for example, promotions or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll do our best to notify you by email.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 10 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically processing time + transit time (e.g., 1–2 days processing + 3–5 days transit).
Exact delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the carrier's current delivery volumes.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your package's progress. If you don't see this email, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact us at hello@smolnutrition.store.
Subscription Shipments
If you're on a Smol subscription, your renewal orders will ship automatically according to the frequency you selected at checkout, following the same processing and delivery timelines described above. You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for every renewal shipment, just like your first order. To manage your subscription's ship date, see our [Subscription Policy].
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@smolnutrition.store as soon as possible; we'll do our best to correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
Smol is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Smol is not able to guarantee its condition or location — we'd encourage you to check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility first, as packages are occasionally marked delivered slightly before arrival.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or you believe your package is lost or stolen after being marked delivered, please contact us at hello@smolnutrition.store within 1 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please see our [Refund & Return Policy] — we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
